FAQs

Why should I hire a Lawyer?

When searching for a lawyer, you may wonder if you even need an attorney. It is important to ask yourself… for something this important, is it smart to try to go it alone? Virgen & Virgen Attorneys at Law of San Antonio, Texas know the pros and cons of hiring an attorney.

Pros:
-I will have someone on my side fighting for me and looking out for my best interest. I will not have to worry about the system not working for me if I do not comply with the current laws and procedures.

-My lawyer will handle all matters relating to my case. With my attorney taking care of the paperwork nightmare and other related issues pertaining to my case, I will be able to concentrate on my every day life and my family.

-I can get rid of my stress because I will have someone to stand up for me against the government and its beaurocracy.

Cons:
-As with any professional, my doctor, my dentist, and even my mechanic, my attorney will have to be paid. But, I know that Virgen & Virgen will be fair with me regarding its Attorney’s fees. It is better to pay for good legal representation than to be left wondering if my case will turn out alright.
